Gustavo Santin is a lawyer with a Law degree from FGV São Paulo Law School (2017) and a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (2018). He has also completed courses on "Taxation of Technology and Intellectual Property Transactions" and "Corporate Structures and Business Taxation" at FGV (2016).

As Managing Partner at MP Legal, Gustavo advises foreign and domestic clients on investing in Brazil. With nearly seven years at one of the country’s top tax firms, he brings deep expertise in designing tailor-made legal representation structures aligned with each client’s strategic goals.
